Cheryl Angeletti-Harris is an employment law attorney who focuses on employment law matters for municipalities, higher education institutions and in-house legal departments throughout the State of Washington. She consults with employers on legal compliance, drafting employment policies and handbooks, management training, internal investigations, litigation avoidance and risk management.
Cheryl also frequently provides in-house training on sexual harassment and other equal opportunity matters, such as discrimination, retaliation and disability law. Her training has successfully reduced employee discrimination claims within city departments and higher education organizations.
In addition to employment law counseling, Cheryl has extensive experience in representing employers in claims alleging unlawful discrimination under state and federal law, defamation, wrongful discharge and other employment related matters.
